General Overview: The Crow were Native American people that lived in the great plains region.They were religious and artistic in many ways. 

 
 
Food-They hunted various animals such as buffalo for food. Preparing the food was one task of women.

 

Clothing-Their clothes were made of mainly buffalo hide . Footwear like moccasins were made of hide also.They decorated them with beads and feathers.

Shelter-The Crow lived in portable teepes made of buffalo hide,held up with long sticks.When herds of buffalo moved,they packed up the teepees and moved with the buffalo.
 

 

Culture-
Entertainment: The crow painted and played many games.
 
 

Religion:The Crow believed in many Gods.They practiced the sun dance and the grass dance for their Gods. 
 
 

Arts:The Crow ,like other tribes painted on animal hide with paint made from berries.They also made baskets,and worked with beads.

Family Life:Women took care of the children,while men hunted and provided food.
